SUMMARY:Do we know what it is to be a woman?
DESCRIPTION:Members are invited to join us on Thursday 12th November as Dr Karen Kilby facilitates a conversation on the different approaches theologians have taken towards the question of defining womanhood. \n\n\n\nIs there a distinctive “essence” of what it is to be a woman? What have official Catholic documents said or implied on the difference between men and women\, from the time of Pope St John Paul II onwards? In what ways is the Church still struggling with these issues? \n\n\n\nMembers will be sent the link an hour prior to the event. Members who have not seen this event advertised in the usual places should contact the secretary.
