- In Person Meeting – Saturday 14th June
- The importance of meeting in-person was raised, however the feeling was that there is nothing of substance to present or discuss at this time.
- Instead the part of the DL event focused on accompaniment (Saturday 11th October) will be expanded to include the wider membership.
- Members who want to attend on the Friday as well as the Saturday may have to self-fund accommodation.
- Alternatively a separate event could run on the Friday night if this proves to be a popular option for members.
- Publicity membership drive
- A social / communications plan and publicity drive was proposed as a starting point.
- Ideally this plan needs specific oversight from somebody on the executive team or somebody needs to be drafted into the executive to fill this role.
- Contacting The Tablet and The Herald is a priority.
