AGM – Wednesday 2nd April
- The agenda was amended and split into two parts. There will be an adjournment at the end of the 2nd April to allow there to be nominations to the executive in time for voting on Wednesday 7th May at 7pm.
- A draft letter to members explaining the new AGM structure was agreed
- Bishop Bisco is invited to attend the AGM or send some words.
- Annual reports to be in by Friday 29th March.
- It was noted that motions, when accepted, then become resolutions.
- The AGM is to be recorded.
Other
- A £10 individual, £45 group 1 year membership fee was agreed.
- The ability to gift membership and a support fund needs to be explored and added to the membership option
- Amy and Abigail to work on a strategic plan with what is needed on the executive and future planning.
