14th September 2026
The Executive Board unanimously approved the addition of Fiona Dick to the bank mandate and ratified the operational budget and grant application for the 2027 CATEW grant submission.
The narrative budget was approved with key adjustments were made to publication strategies, shifting from expensive booklets to digital resources and targeted leaflets, and a standardised honorarium for webinar speakers was established.
The submission to the Bishops’ conference was approved
16th September 2026
- Hyning Retreat: The NBCW has paid the initial deposits. More advertising to come. Hyning will remain on the agenda for the next meeting.
- WUCWO General Assembly 2027: The General Assembly will take place in Madrid from 6th–12th June 2027. Maureen Meacher will cease to be the NBCW’s delegate at the General Assembly. The NBCW will need to advertise for expressions of interest in a new representative.
- General Meeting: The next meeting, formerly referred to as a Board meeting, will take place on 14th October. A subgroup of Jacintha, Helen and Margaret will prepare for the meeting, with Jordan joining at a later stage.
- Forum Responses 2026: Jacintha will take the responses to Bishop Bosco and share them with the wider NBCW at the 14th October meeting.

- Executive Meeting: 18th November for a full meeting.
