- Feedback from the Bishops Conference on the annual forum was discussed. A few recommendations were made to ensure the smooth running of the process. The Bishops Conference was supportive of the work the NBCW is undertaking and understands the need for the work being done.
- We currently have 10 Dioscean Links and are in the process of appointing a further three.
- There is a Dioscean Link meeting scheduled for the 25th November.
- The NBCW will host an event with Sr Marie Kolbe Zamora on Tuesday 7th October at 7pm
- The proposed timetable for the October in-person meeting was discussed.
- The main points of the Dioscean Link and Convenor meetings should be shared on the website.
- A new procedure for representing the NBCW at events was agreed. This will allow all Convenors and Dioscean Links to register their interest in attending various events on behalf of the NBCW.
