- There is a desire for shared models, examples, and practical guidance from other dioceses.
- A central shared resource library for DLs, including templates and guidance will be set up
- This will include practical checklists and “how to start a group” guides.
- Arundel & Brighton: Monthly email letters are sent to parishes to be placed on noticeboards.
- More women-focused gatherings are expected.
- Clifton: Plans are being developed for information meetings during Lent, followed later by women’s forums.
- Portsmouth: Work is underway to create a directory of all women’s groups in the diocese. More small groups may be established across the diocese due to its size. Energy is going into organising The “Gather” conference.
- Northampton: A Women in Ministry network is active, with a dedicated webpage. Events are planned for the new year.
- Hallam: Plans are underway for a women’s forum, possibly during Lent. Improving visibility of the NBCW in parishes is a priority.
- Cardiff & Menevia: Meetings for smaller groups and establishing the role.
- Middlesbrough: Ongoing representation of NBCW at events, with an emphasis on linking groups and building inclusivity.
